三星财产保险（中国）有限公司原名三星火灾海上保险（中国）有限公司，是韩国三星火灾海上保险公司在中国设立的具有法人资格的独资财产保险公司。
韩国三星火灾海上保险公司成立于1952年，隶属于韩国三星集团。它是韩国最大的财产保险公司，占有30%以上的市场份额。

Insurance Co.. Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co.,
affiliated with the Samsung Group in Korea, was
established in 1952. It is the largest P&C insurance
company in Korea, occupying over 30% of its market
share. It was awarded honorably A+（Superior）grade by A.
M. Best, and A+(Stable) by Standard & Poor’s. With the
approval by the CIRC in March, and the business license
granted by the SAIC in April 2005, Samsung F&M Insurance
(China) became the first ever subsidiary among
